This fixes commit f4ac3f5d.

The service disabled by default. Therefore, should use a
higher-priority option to enable the service.

There are no plans to replace it in p10.

The task is to prevent certain packages from getting into the image.
For example, devel packages should not be in the certified image.

It seems that on modern hardware it is not so necessary.

In live, need to generate network interfaces and for some cases
(installer and rescue) bring up the network. In this case, one
network interface and a timeout of 15 seconds are enough.
Also, when booting via make-initrd, problems arise with
systemd-network-generator, since they use the same arguments in
the kernel cmdline. Therefore, systemd-networkd-generator should
be disabled in live.

Target +nm-native does not depend on +nm.
So need to enable it explicitly.

font-config 2.17.1 stopped supporting bitmap fonts.

We reduce the number of targets by a third. It is pointless to
build distro with tar extension.
