Automatic merge from submit-queue

[client-gen] Allow passing subresources in Patch method

Expand the Patch() method from:
```
Patch(name string, pt api.PatchType, data []byte)
```
to
```
Patch(name string, pt api.PatchType, data []byte, subresources ...string)
```

Continue on #27293. Fixes #26580.
