Automatic merge from submit-queue (batch tested with PRs 50300, 50328, 50368, 50370, 50372) Reduce hollow-kubelet cpu request Fixes https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/50366 This should make kubemark-500 fit in 6 nodes again.
