Automatic merge from submit-queue Add e2e test for node problem detector Based on https://github.com/kubernetes/node-problem-detector/pull/12. This PR added e2e test for node problem detector. It starts a node problem detector with test configuration, and test its functionality. Question: * Should this be a node e2e test or e2e test? * Should we mark this as Serial?
